Execution — left broom-clean
I work neatly, tidy up as I go and leave the space broom-clean.

Finishing advice + invoice
After hand-over I explain drying, painting or wallpapering. Once we're both happy, the final invoice follows. No deposit.
Drying time
Allow roughly 1 mm per day. At hand-over I tell you exactly when you can paint or wallpaper.
